1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of MOSE (mosewear.com), located in Groningen, Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. OFFERS AND PRICES
- •All prices are in euros and include VAT
- •Shipping costs are listed separately at checkout
- •Free shipping from €100 within the Netherlands and Belgium
- •Prices and stock may change without prior notice
3. ORDERING
Your order is only final after we have sent an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of incorrect prices or suspected abuse.
4. PAYMENT
- •Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- •We accept iDEAL, credit card and Bancontact
- •Your payment must be completed before we ship your order
- •Failed payments will automatically cancel your order
5. SHIPPING
- •Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via DHL
- •Delivery time is 2-5 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium
- •You will receive a track & trace code upon shipment
- •Shipping costs: €4.95 (free from €100)
6. RETURNS
- •You have 14 days cooling-off period from receipt
- •Products must be unworn and in original condition
- •Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium
- •Return shipments are processed within 5 business days
7. WARRANTY
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
8. LIABILITY
MOSE is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage arising from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9. DISPUTES
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Groningen.
